Can I see my earrings before they ship?
Great question! Our members love the “aha!” moment of a sweet surprise. Each quarter, members get to see the earrings and pick the colors they want. There is usually one included that doesn’t have a color option but you get to pick the rest.
Can I make changes to an order that I have been billed for?
Once we have billed you for your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to make any changes. This includes changing your shipping address, items in your order, or the payment method used. We recommend checking your account and confirming that your information on file is correct prior to the appropriate billing date or before submitting a Shop order! We send several emails before your ship date for you to pick your collection and make changes, please help us by doing it then.
My order is shipping to the wrong address, help?
Once your order is billed, we are unable to update the shipping address.
If your order is currently shipping to the wrong address please contact the carrier for assistance. They might be able to reroute your order.
Additionally, you can update your shipping address any time prior to billing here.
What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care team will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
What is Lobe Love's Return Policy?
Lobe Love does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Seasonal Collections, Add-Ons, items, additional box purchases, or Shop orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. If you have a damaged product please reach out to customer service at email@example.com
Are your earrings nickel-free?
Yes! All of our earrings are crafted with 100% nickel-free metals and are nickel compliant.
Can I give Lobe Love as a gift?
Absolutely. Our earrings are a pure delight for the fashionistas amongst your friends and family. We are currently changing our gifting method since we have debuted the shop. We will update you soon on how to gift!
When will my subscription ship?
We curate boxes to match the mood & trends of every season. So expect your statement earrings every 3 months! We ship at the beginning of Feb (Spring), May (Summer), August (Fall), and November (Winter).
